Chandler Kidd

Chandler Kidd was an Editorial Assistant at NewsGuard. She previously worked at the Brooklyn Paper, covering politics, arts, and daily news. Before moving to New York City, Kidd interned at the Cherokee Phoenix, a Cherokee Nation newspaper based in Oklahoma, covering Cherokee Nation politics and culture. As an undergrad at University of Oklahoma, Kidd served as a reporter and photographer at the student newspaper, the OU Daily. She also founded her own music and culture website.

Kidd graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2018 with a degree in online journalism and a minor in sociology. In 2019, she earned a master’s degree from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism.
